Claire works within our Accounts department and will email you an invoice for full payment prior to delivery.
Once we have received your payment and you are happy to proceed with your order, Pip- with the help of Lorraine, will start to source your plants from over 50 specialist growers.
Rachel will get in touch with you to book in a convenient delivery date and will be on hand to answer the phone and any queries you may have. We aim to have all of your plants delivered to our nursery within 10 working days, ready to be checked and delivered to your required destination.
Rosie and her Team receive deliveries into the glass house where they under go a rigorous quality check before being allocated for delivery.
Jim, Dave and Graham, and our equally friendly haulier driver's will deliver your plants to your specified delivery address.
